San Javier Caprinos ***** Frozen goat meat in *-way cut (2 legs, 2 front quarters, 2 ribs with steak and back). Each cut wrapped in an individually labeled transparent bag. All the cuts go in a cardboard box with an inscription both in English and Spanish with Halal certification. The product doesn’t include head, offal or fat. The animals are fed on natural pastures in the area of the Andes. The animals are not kept in stock. They are slaughtered when they’re sold.
